Foreword & Statement
My name is Jason Drage and have been making sausages & burgers for over 30 years. 6 years ago I decided to set up my own business to make the best gourmet Bangers available to everyone. After building a bespoke manufacturing premises with a retail outlet of the very highest standards I now produce what I believe to be the best sausages and burgers in the UK.
We have a large selection of sausages including the traditional range such as Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Classic Pork and also Pork & Caramelized Red Onion but our unique selling point is that we have some very different innovative recipes such as Red Pepper & Chorizo, a Marmite & Parmesan & also Mature Cheddar & Bacon to name just a few. We only use whole shoulder Red Tractor Approved Pork from one Essex Farm, who grow all their own feed and have the highest animal welfare standards possible. Our Facebook Page

Gluten Free Products
Gluten Free sausages don’t need to taste boring any longer! Let’s face it, most gluten free products are those that originally contained lots of gluten and the transition to Gluten Free utopia is fraught with peril, our standard are now all gluten free! it was really simple, we added more fresh meat! and a gluten free breadcrumb In fact there are some who say the GF products are better, but shhh! don’t tell the others.
At the Churchgate Sausage Shop, all of our sausages are made onsite daily with the finest ingredients & utmost care. Lean meat with just the right amount of fat to give that succulent flavour and texture which reflects a true British Sausage.
Only the very best seasonings are used, blended to create a superb range of mouth watering plump sausage.
All of our sausages are in natural cases ensuring tenderness and are still hand linked in the traditional way.
